In light of the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the July Capitol Summit will be held virtually due to travel limitations and the Guard’s response in support of the pandemic mission. The July Capitol Summit will be held over the span of two days – Sunday, July 19 and Monday, July 20. Each session will start at 10 a.m. EST and will conclude in the late afternoon of each day. NGAUS will provide additional details on the event in the coming weeks.
Interested officers should contact their state or territory association executive director or president. After the March summit postponement, the 2020 dates are July 19 to 20 and Oct. 4 to 6. Participation is open to NGAUS members, Army or Air, second lieutenant to captain or warrant officer 1 to chief warrant officer 2.
Deadlines to submit names to NGAUS are June 30 for July summit; and Aug. 31, for October summit.
