The performance of the NGAM Executive Director (ED) shall be completed after six months (probationary period) and there after annually beginning with the first anniversary date of the ED hire date. This evaluation will be used by the NGAM President to recommend to the members of the NGAM Executive Board all actions regarding the ED’s probationary period release, permanent hire, removal from position for cause, salary increase and other related concerns related to the ED’s performance of duties.
This evaluation shall be completed by the NGAM President in consultation and agreement with the NGAM Vice President and an “ad hoc” committee of at least two NGAM Executive Board members (one Air and one Army representatives). It shall be a matter of record for review by all members of the NGAM Executive Board.
