3.1 ED Ewald reports on trip (2-3 March) to Washington D.C. with TAG for legislative contacts with Michigan Senators and Representatives.
3.2. ED Ewald reports on NGAM briefing to Co I (Fort Custer) Army Recruits on 20 March.
3.3 ED Ewald reports on status of NGAUS “Early Bird” dues and overall EANGUS dues received.
3.4 ED Ewald reports on the status of NGAM 2010 Conference registrations. The Conference will be conducted at the Eagle Crest Marriott Resort on 14-16 May. The Army and Air Chiefs of Staff will tour the Resort property on 12 April in anticipation of the combined NGAM and Air/Army Leadership Conferences in 2011. ED Ewald presents (for EB approval) menu selections for NGAM 2010 banquet.
3.5 ED Ewald reports on status of NGAM 2010 Conf ad book.
4. New Business:
4.1. ED Ewald nominates Executive Board member CCMSgt Mike Dalton for NGAM President following current President SGM (Ret) Weigel.
4.2. ED Ewald reports on meeting with TAG and both ATAGs regarding solicitation of future NGAM leadership nominees.
4.3 ED Ewald reports on “re-do” of NGAM Website and plans to present it during 2010 NGAM Conf business meeting (part of the 5 Year Plan to improve service to membership and gain additional Corporate Partners in Patriotism.
4.4 ED Ewald reports on the Dinner entre options for the NGAM Conference for EB consideration and decision.
