3. Old Business:
3.1 NGAM’s need for Executive Board Secretary and candidates for Vice President continues.
3.2. ED Ewald reports on the NG Executive Directors’ Association (NGEDA) Conference which he attended in January (27 thru 30) 2010 in Austin, TX. This is also the site of the 2010 NGAUS Conference.
3.3 ED Ewald reports on his attendance to the Joint NCO Conference on 6 February at the Amway Hotel, Grand Rapids.
3.4 ED Ewald reports on the distribution of a NGAM briefing (complete with speaker notes) to the senior Air and Army leadership via email on 18 Feb, a copy was also sent to the EB members. This was done in lieu of sending a final edition of NGAM News.
3.5 ED Ewald reports on planned trip (2-3 March) to Wash, DC with TAG to visit elected officials; trip will be one night only; cost will be approx. $600 for lodging and transportation.
3.6 ED Ewald reports on briefing to Co L (Grayling) of the Army RSP on 20 Feb.
4. New Business:
4.1. NGAM 2010 membership status: ED Ewald reports on the overall Air & Army membership status as of 23 Feb; see spreadsheet.
4.2. NGAM briefing to Co I (Fort Custer) of the Army RSP on 20 March; invitations to the Air Student Flight (127th and 110th) meetings are requested.
4.3 ED Ewald reports on NGAM Website and requests permission to populate the Website homepage with Corporate Partners URLs.
4.4 ED Ewald reports on planned April tour of the NGAM Conference site (Marriott Eagle Crest resort) with reps from the Chief of Staff office in anticipation of the 2011 combined NGAM and MING Leadership conference.
